On the 4th of February the National Film Award “Lielais Kristaps” ceremony took place. Ego Media’s productions – feature “Black Velvet”, dir. Liene Linde and documentaries “Everything Will Be Alright”, dir. Staņislavs Tokalovs and “We Are Only Just Beginning”, dir. Marta Herca were represented in 16 nominations, including Best Feature, Best Documentary and Best Director.

Ego Media’s productions received 4 prizes: Best Documentary (“Everything Will Be Alright”), Best Supporting Actress (Sabīne Tīkmane, “Black Velvet”), Best Documentary Director (Marta Herca, “We Are Only Just Beginning”) and Best Editing for “Everything Will Be Alright”).
